The Global Governance & Development Institute (GGDI) is an independent global policy institute dedicated to advancing effective, inclusive, and accountable governance. Zera Felicite is a Resource Governance and Institutional Risk Advisor and President of the Global Governance & Development Institute (GGDI). Her work focuses on governance reform, political decision-making, and policy advisory in resource-rich and transitional contexts. Her expertise supports public institutions, development actors, and private-sector stakeholders navigating complex regulatory environments and long-term sustainability challenges.
